Indiramma Housing Scheme
The Indiramma Housing Scheme 2024 has been launched by the Telangana state government to provide housing facilities to the homeless citizens of the state. The scheme aims to offer financial assistance and other benefits to help citizens build their own permanent houses.
Key Details of the Indiramma Housing Scheme 2024
Objective: To reduce the number of homeless citizens by providing financial assistance and housing facilities.
Budget: The state government has allocated INR 22,000 crore for the scheme in the current financial year.
First Phase: The first phase involves the construction of 4.5 lakh houses, each with a minimum area of 400 sq. ft., including an RCC roof, kitchen, and toilet. Financial assistance of INR 5 lakh will be provided to selected applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
The applicant must belong to the lower or middle-class category.
The applicant must not be registered under any other housing scheme in Telangana.
The applicant must not own a permanent house.

Beneficiary List and Flat Allotment Process
Applicants can check the beneficiary list on the official website by entering their BEN ID or address details.
The plots will be allotted only to those who do not already own a house in urban areas of Telangana and fall within the income limit specified by the Telangana Housing Board.
